Policies

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order along with size/weight. Oversized or heavy items will be subject to additional shipping charges. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge of your order prior to billing and shipping.

Shipments : Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground in the continental US. Some orders may be sent through another service if determined to be the best choice of carrier. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as International orders will incur an additional shipping cost. WE WILL NOT SEND ANY ORDERS OUT C.O.D.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

Most orders will not ship until 4-7 business days from order date, so please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, etc., and International Orders. Most orders will be shipped together to save additional shipping cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You must contact us before returning any items to us. All returns must be returned no later than 15 days after delivery date. If a return is granted, we will supply you with a return number that is to be labeled on the outside of the returned shipping package. do not ship parts back in just the original package. Please place in another box to be shipped. DO NOT MARK ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE OR DEFACE PART NUMBER. If package is marked up or part number defaced, the package will be returned to the customer. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if, in the original unopened package and still in new condition. It must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. Customers returning packages without a return authorization number will either be charged shipping to return the package or will be accepted as free gratis. If a package is denied for any reason besides the package being damaged, the customer will incur the return of the package to us as well as a 30% restocking fee. Please allow 15 business days for all returns to be processed from day of package return. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

CANCELLING AN ORDER

As soon as orders are received, we pull the order, check availability and charge the card accordingly. Once this has been done, the order has been submitted to our vendor/manufacturer. We have had an increase of non-stocking items on hand due to customers cancelling orders after submitting them, so A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL CANCELLED ORDERS. The vendors charge us to return these items back so the fee will be charged to the customer for return of parts. We charge these fees because this is what the manufacturers charge us to return the parts to them.

ORDER ERRORS

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the returned item/s as well as the shipping of the correct item/s. Shipping error: If you received and item that is incorrect on our behalf, we will send the correct item at no additional charge. All sales are considered final after 15 days from delivery date.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.

Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.

Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
